1. About these terms
These terms apply to the Pagkos mobile game and this website (together, "the Service"), offered by MetrasApp — Theodoros Tsavlidis, 3 Digeni, Ampelokipoi, Thessaloniki 56123, Greece ("we"). By using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
2. Who can use it
The Service is intended for people aged 13 and older. If you are under the age of digital consent in your country, please ask a parent or guardian before using it.
3. Playing the game
Pagkos is free to play. Progress, settings and coins are stored on your device and may be lost if you uninstall the app or clear its data. Coins are virtual items with no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and are not transferable.
4. Purchases
Optional in-app purchases are sold and processed by Apple or Google under their own terms, including their refund rules. Please contact the store for refunds. Purchases can be restored from the in-game Settings.
5. Advertising
The Service may show ads, including optional rewarded ads. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or the sites they link to. See our privacy policy for how ad services handle information.
6. Fair use
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or reverse engineer the Service, or to bypass its protections.
- Do not use bots, scripts or automation to play, earn rewards or interact with ads.
- Do not copy or redistribute the game's code, art or audio without permission.
7. Intellectual property
The game, its name, art, sound and text belong to MetrasApp — Theodoros Tsavlidis or its licensors. You may play the game and share links and screenshots for personal, non-commercial purposes. All objects shown in the game are generic and not linked to any real brand.
8. Availability and changes
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time, and we may update these terms; the date above will change when we do.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the Service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Greece. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of the country where you live.
